Do you do commissions?

Yes, Sparking The Muse does commissions!  Pricing varies according to size and medium.  I work only from reference photographs, not from live models.  Please contact me to inquire about your specific needs. 


Do you sell original artwork?

I don’t sell original artwork made specifically for prints (with digital enhancements), but I do sell original paintings and fine art drawings.  See store product descriptions for details.  


What if I want a product that is not listed in your store?

Please contact me, and if feasible, we may be able to accommodate your request. 


Can I get a piece of artwork framed by you?

If I have already framed the artwork (for an art show), and you purchase it as such, it shall remain framed.  If it is unframed at time of purchase, I do not frame it.  The store product description will clearly state if an artwork is framed or unframed, and will be priced accordingly (less if unframed, more if framed).  Shipping will be higher if an artwork is framed. 


how do i buy artwork that is in a gallery, but not listed in the store? 

If it is not in the store, it is not currently for sale, either because it is simply not for sale (which will be clearly marked as such in the gallery), or because I currently don’t have the means to make a product out of it (printing solutions).   If I can find a way to get it printed, I will add it to the store.  Please contact me if you’re interested in a particular piece—I will see what I can do to get it printed for you.    


What is your return policy?  

We want you to love your artwork.  If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item (excluding commissions) within 30 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY, towards other Sparking The Muse artwork, whether that is an exchange for an already-finished artwork or credit towards a commission.

You may return the artwork, provided that it is returned to us in its original, unused condition and packaging.  Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Please contact Sparking The Muse and let us know of your decision to return before you ship, and we will send you an address to send it to.  At time of shipping, insure the artwork for the full value that you paid for it, along with tracking capability: returns lost in return shipping will not be exchanged or credited.  Upon Sparking The Muse’s receiving of the artwork, credit issued will include only the artwork purchase price, but will not include shipping or insurance charges. 

We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn.

We will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
